HIGHLIGHTS + LeAGUE DETAILS

Ultimate offered Wednesday nights.
Games are 55-minutes with rotating start times between 6:00 and 7:00.
Play at Victor Brodeur Field in Esquimalt.
Rosters & Schedules will be available to registered players at least two (2) days prior to your first game.

Skill Division & Roster

Recreational skill level available.
Mixed Gender Ultimate Leagues: Teams must always play with a minimum of 1 man and 1 woman on the court.

rules & equipment

All leagues are self-officiated.
Teams are required to bring 1 disc (frisbee) to each game.
